Senior Websites Manager
Job duties include website design, flash design, video production, page layout and design. Responsible for daily maintenance and content planning for Pacers.com and FeverBasketball.com. Developed numerous microsites and landing pages, as well as came up with new strategies to sell tickets, drive website traffic and grow the Pacers’ database. Managed one direct report and team of interns.
Assumed full responsibility of Pacers.com in March 2011. From March 2011 to June 2011, Pacers.com:
- Moved up six spots in NBA website rankings (from 27 to 21)
based on views
- Increased video views from 25th to 9th in the league
- Increased online ticket sales to $800,000, up 20 percent from the
previous year

Responsible for electronic and print design projects, including postcards, business cards, posters, web design and html emails. Developed an online community for members only and an ecard program.

technicians, making the daily staff schedule, preparing IVs for patients
and delivering medications to the floor. Achieved and maintained
national certification status (2003) and Indiana state licensed. Required a
high degree of attention to detail, management of others and continual
learning of new pharmacy standards and practices.
